Friday Night
I love a Friday night at home, with nothing on the agenda. This evening I sent the two teenagers off to a stake youth dance and then went downstairs with my youngest daughter, my step-daughter, and and my husband to play the wii. Follow it with a bowl of ice-cream and some visiting around our new wood-burning stove, and it makes a perfect evening. I'm going to top it all off by sleeping in tomorrow morning until at least 8:00 a.m. This is a great beginning to the weekend.

I love those kind of nights as well--just enjoying what you have. I hope you got to sleep in--I made it until 7:45, which is pretty good.
Sounds so enjoyable! Especially the ice cream :). We had our super-bowl sundaes last week and realized that the 2 of us polished of a carton of ice cream in 3 days. Opps. We put ourselves on an ice cream fast until the baby comes...what were we thinking!!!
I love sitting in front of a warm fire. We don't have a fireplace in our new house and I really miss it. Brings back good memories of the cabin our family used to own in Island Park. Maybe I should get one of those DVDs of a roaring fireplace? Nah, on second thought, couldn't roast marshmallows on the big screen.
Hugs
MMMMMMMM to the whole evening!
8 am is sleeping in?
I love fires too. Too bad I don't have a fireplace.
